Grooming Session

We have some of the finest trainers at Aerodynamiks Academy, and as part of the Hospitality Management Training all our aspirants receive grooming sessions in body language, posture, fashion, personal hygiene, health and nutrition.

Customer Service

Hospitality is a combination of Ambience, Service and Facilities. As Customer Service is one of the important factors, our instructors introduce the trainees to theoretical aspects of Customer Service such as Pillars of Customer Service, Types of Customers, Advantages of Good customer service, Introduction to Public Relations etc. We at Aerodynamiks Academy try to imbibe principles of customer service in the trainees and bring them upto the industry standards.

Interview techniques

We ensure Hospitality Management trainees are well-prepared for the interview rounds, and are taught how to carry themselves with grace and confidence. By understanding how to modulate the right pitch and tone, while being well-versed in the language, they are ready to take on the world.

    Age criteria: between 18-27 yrs. Can apply as a fresher.
    Education Qualification: HSC (10=2), candidates who are appearing for their HCS examinations can also apply.
    Height and Weight Requirement: Men min. 170 cm & women min 155 cm, weight in proportion to height. (BMI is considered)
    Physical Feature: Pleasing personality, clear complexation and good eyesight.  

    Every airline has their own company policy based on which the salary figure is implemented. Generally, there is a basic salary in addition to the flying allowances based on flights that you operate.

    As a cabin Crew there are different responsibilities such as Customer Service, Safety and Security of the passengers on board. Also, one need to provide medical assistance if needed for which they will be trained once got recruited in an Airline.

    Every Airline has different process of selection. Briefly, it consists of screening process, BMI check, English proficiency Test, Group discussion, Interview and one to one interaction with the HR management of the organization

    We, at Aerodynamiks Academy, provide training for all the above stages that are included in the Airline selection process. Also, the course consists of practical training for necessary aspects such as grooming, Personality development, Communication, Interaction Skills, Hospitality Ethics, Customer Services etc.
