Cadet Entrance Prep

Overview

What is a Cadet Program?

A cadet program is a structured training initiative where airlines collaborate with flight schools to groom future pilots. It offers a blend of airline-specific training and the assurance of a Letter of Intent (LOI)—a document from the airline guaranteeing a job, provided the cadet meets all standards. With this program, students gain clarity about their career path, build strong industry connections, and prepare to meet licensing requirements.
