Skills Training

Firefighting

Students visit the Fire Station to gain practical experience in using a fire extinguisher. They learn the step-by-step procedures for identifying, detecting and responding to different types of fires, and engage in role-playing scenarios to enhance their decision-making skills under pressure.

First Aid

This training certifies students as first aiders, empowering them to respond effectively to medical emergencies on board. Students are trained in life-saving techniques such as CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), essential for ensuring passenger safety during flights.

Swimming

Over a 15-day period, students undergo swimming lessons to build comfort and confidence in water. They also practice coordinated efforts with fellow trainees to respond effectively during water-based emergencies—vital preparation for cabin crew members.

Plating & Service

Food and beverage service is a key aspect of the passenger experience. Students are trained in in-flight service etiquette, and plating techniques to deliver an exceptional dining experience on board. In addition, the curriculum covers culinary essentials, offering insights into various cheeses, wines, and the proper handling of cutlery.

Grooming

Grooming is crucial for creating a polished, professional image in the aviation industry. Training focuses on personal appearance, hygiene, and communication skills, enhancing passenger confidence and reflecting the airline’s brand identity.
